Patients with Entry Token @ Manav Parivar

Good morning friends,

The last time a shared with you the routine done by Manav Parivar volunteers.  That was in the parking area.  This time, I will share you the following routine.  You can see in this pictures that there were already patients inside and all were sitting there.  But still there are a lot of patients outside the compound.  In the middle you can see a line of patients.  

Patients are being entering the registration department where a volunteer in white Uniform checking their Entry Token which is must for all patients to have with them. Medical camp at manavparivar matar, Kheda, Nadiyad, Gujart, India.

System Routine During the Medical Camp in Manav Parivar

Good morning friends,

I hope you had a good Sunday.  As a volunteer in Manav Parivar Medical Camp, I had a wonderful day yesterday.  All the task  were done as we expected.  We had more than 6,000 patients who went there.

For now, I want to share to you what the Manav Parivar is doing everytime there’s a medical camp.  We can say, the routine of all in  Manav Paraviar in their medical camp.  They did this routine everytime they have a free medical service every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. 

 

Buses

 

In this picture, you can see the big buses who parked in one parking area near the Manav Parivar.  Some patients went there with a bus as there are many who want to avail the free medical service given by the Manav Parivar.

 

Private Vehicles

 

However, in this picture you can also see the other part of the parking area.  But this time, you can see here the private cars used by the patients.  Fortunate and less fortunate people went there for the medical service.

 

Tricycles

 

While in this picture you can see the tricycle.  Big or small vehicles, Manav Parivar provided them the space so as to park their means of transportation.  

There are volunteers assigned there by Manav Parivar just to manage those vehicles so to have a good flow of the coming of everyone.

Good morning friends.

Been a long time not to share any as a bit busy with all the activities which Manav Parivar undergo.  But I’m glad that I’m back now again and excited to share again all what the organization took part.

 

At Manav Parivar

Hundreds of people waiting for their turn to be treated by the special doctors under a proper shelter.  There were Hundreds of them waiting to be cured at the Manav Parivar Medical Camp.

 

At Matar

In this picture, you can still see many patients waiting in the line to get their names to be called and the corresponding numbers provided to them in the special cards which were entered in the software.  

This is the way Manav Parivar managed those thousands of patients so to have a good way and good coordination of everyone.

 

Learn @ Manav Parivar– Class XII Students

Good morning friends,

Today you will be seeing the learning area of the teens which Manav Parivar provided.  They called it Learn @ Manav Parivar. 

 

Students @ Manav Parivar

L@MP-Learn @ Manav Parivar– Class XII students from near by villages are being given Free Education from Experts from Ahmedabad under project L@MP.  These are the students who unfortunately can’t afford to go to school because of their poverty.  Manav Parivar is ready to teach those teens so they can have good living in the future afterwards.  They are all eager to learn and they took the chance for learning as it’s free.

Dispensing Outlet in Manav Parivar at Matar

Good morning friends. 

When I here at Manav Parivar the day before the medical camp which was operated every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.  I was looking around the camp area to focus on what to share with you.  And I reached with their medical store.  So the day of medical camp, I took some shots of it.

 

Patients in Line

You can see in this picture is a medicines dispensing outlets for patients. Manavparivar provide free medicines to all patients in their medical camp.  The medicines they get there was prescribed by the volunteer doctors after they were checked and diagnosed.  There are several lines there where patients stand.  And also there are many volunteers there in the store to give the medicine to the patients what they needed.

 

Young Volunteers

As you can see in this closer look inside the medicines outlets you can see many volunteers.  You maybe notice that some volunteers are young ones, teenagers.  They love to give their free service to many people just like their parents who also serves as volunteers.  All of this was organized by Manav Parivar. 

Many people went there.  Word by mouth they come to know that Manav Parivar is giving free medical camp to people.

Kitchen Volunteers in Manav Parivar @ Matar

Good morning friends,

I showed you before some activities done in the kitchen in Manav Parivar.  This Time I am emphasizing you the volunteers there.  How they worked well.  They have been doing their work in the kitchen every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month where in medical camp is operated.

Group of Female Volunteers

 

You can see here  one part of the kitchen.  More than 70 female volunteers at a time  preparing roti for patients who visited in Manav Parivar at Matar.  Lunch was given free to all.  More than 425 kg wheat flour being used every time they make roti.

 

 

Working Volunteers

 

A near view of female volunteers who prepared roti.  You can see how they worked well together.  They all seem to be well known of preparing roti.  That’s why every medical camp service that Manav Parivar has, they are always present to give their service to people.

 

Another Group of Volunteers

 

 

Another group of female volunteers who are preparing Roti also.  As you can see in this picture they are applying Pure Ghee on Rotis.  They are expert in doing it.  They did it well. 

 

 

 

Volunteer Working Alone

In this portion of the kitchen you can see huge size buckets.  This is where the quantum of food is being prepared. You can see one female volunteer who are working well even if she is alone in the place.  This is where I have good words with the volunteers who helped in the kitchen.  Because kitchen department is one of the important area provided by Manav Parivar . 

 

 

Male Volunteer

While in this picture you can see also a male volunteer who prepared rice.  He was also alone in doing the work.  I have always notice this kind of people that even they are alone doing one work, they can do it alone.  Big quantity of rice is being cooked as many patients came to medical camp which is organized by Manav Parivar.

 

 

 

Two Female Volunteers

 

In this picture you may ask what are those machines doing there.  That is Atta Kneading Machine.  It’s a Cutting Machine.  As you can see here two female volunteers are doing this work. 

 

 

 

At Manav Parivar,  they provide free lunch for more than 15,000 people.  So every kitchen volunteers did their work very well.   I admire those volunteers there. 

Registration Area in Manav Parivar at Matar

Good morning friends,   

There are a lot of patients waiting for Manav Parivar to start their medical camp.  Many people were in line outside the campus area.  When the medical camp is going to start people where instructed to come inside the campus and were guided where to stay by some volunteers.  From the place where they are staying they will wait for their turn to proceed to Registration Area.

As you can see in this picture, patients  were standing in queue for their registration so every patient should have their medical record that will be needing in the future.

In the near view of the Registration Counter you can see 5 laptops.  Each laptop is use by the volunteers in white uniform.  These volunteers are giving their free service to many people for such a huge act of humanity.

What a nice performance of all volunteers that made Manav Parivar kept going every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.  Giving a helping hand to many, is just a holy act that God want.

Good morning friends,

I am also awake at about 1.30 am, as the volunteers are woking all at night for the following day medical camp.  You can see there the laptops and generator set that was being carried to its place from Locker Room after was being used at manavparivar-matar.

Activities in the kitchen @ Manav Parivar

Good morning friends,

Today I will show you a video of the kitchen in Manav Parivar.  You will have the time to read while you are looking at the video.  I hope you will like it.

 

The first picture shows  the kitchen at Manav Parivar.  Saturday night is the start of preparation for Dal.  The Volunteers started preparing as early as they can so to be ready for the following day activity. 

The second picture shows the potatoes are ready to use for free lunch given to all people at Manav Parivar medical camp at Matar, Kheda, Gujarat.

The 3rd and the 4th picture shows after all the preparation had been done, the volunteers started to cook.  Everyone there participated so to finish the cooking early. 

The last picture shows the big buckets and big sizes of stoves.  This are the kind of kitchen utensils they utilized.  After the cooking the volunteers, keep it clean.  They washed all the utensils that has been used.  And put them into proper place as you have seen in the video.

 

Para-medical and Cancer Screening Area @ Manav Pariar in Matar

I went around two areas at Manav Parivar that time.  I was looking for the volunteers what they are doing there.  And I also took some pictures for you to see.

A para-medical team of volunteers are measuring blood pressures for all patients who come to medical camp at manavparivar-matar. 

 

Screening Area for Cancer Patients

Cancer Screen Area-where woman patients are being screen for cancer status.  After they had been asked for some questions they were directed to the corresponding department where they were given proper medications.

I’m having a good experience in visiting the free medical camp at Manav Parivar.  They were operating the medical service there every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.  That’s why they helped many patients there at Matar.
