Good Morning friends, 

I join a team of volunteer who were distributing free food to the homeless people in Ahmadabad from manavparivar. They were having Khichadi with them. They found 3 kids on street and when they ask them “do you want to eat?” they were so happy that time. I think it was happiest moment to see those people smiling with the view of food for them. 

As it was outside and night time the picture was not clear but I still want to capture that in camera and I take following two pics. See the smile and happiness on the faces of these kids. I think this is best way to do charity. I am glad to do such nice activity as volunteer.

My visit to free medical camp at manavparivar matar was excellent. I have taken few pictures at 7-30 am in the morning. I like to share with you all here.

Today is Saturday and tomorrow manavparivar is having free medical camp at matar, so I am going with family to do seva and volunteering there.

It was a second Sunday of October yesterday; manavparivar was having there a Free Medical Camp at Seva Tirth, Matar, Gujarat, India. It was a big day. The day was given a name “A cancer detection Camp”. Sanjivani Rath which was a Mobile Unit made by  joint venture of Gujarat State’s Health Department and Gujarat Cancer and Research Society. It was used for the first time at manav parivar’s Free Medical Camp at matar.

About Sanjivani Rath:–

Chief Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi dedicated an ‘Advanced Mobile Hospital Unit-Sanjivani Rath’ for cancer treatment. Gujarat is occupying premier position in the nation, as the Sanjivani-Rath, which was all equipped with ultra-Modern equipments for detecting and treating cancer. Nation observe the birth-anniversary of ‘Jay Prakash Narayan’ on 11th October, Gujarat Government have decided to organize the first ‘cancer detection camp’ at Manav Parivar’s Free Medical Camp at matar, which is the interior and far-flung areas. Really a boon for the poor patients ailing from cancer, the advance Mobile Health unit is going to offer its services to them.

The Sanjivani Rath is a joint venture of State’s Health Department and Gujarat Cancer and Research Society. Besides advanced instruments, it offers telemedicine facilities through communication- systems providing linkage with Cancer Hospital.

Manavparivar’s dadaji, Mr. Pankaj Shah- Director- Gujarat Cancer Society and other doctors and dignitaries from Gujarat Cancer Society were present at that time.

I am going to matar for volunteering. Tomorrow there is Free medical camp from manavparivar. I just got the update that right now there are 830 patients. Camp is going to start Sunday morning at 5-00 am. I am really exited to go there and give my service to society.

How are you all? Its been long time I was not able to write update here on this blog.  Sorry for that. I am back here again. 

Last time when I was at matar, I recorded following video of blowing winds and its sound. I like to share with you all that. View the video and let me know.

Good evening, 

Fourth Saturday today and tomorrow will  be fourth Sunday. Time to go to give free service to free medical camp organize by manav parivar at matar. I am so exited to go to matar. 

Tomorrow will be may 24, 2009. Fourth Sunday of the month, me and my family is going to Free medical camp organize by manavparivar at Matar, Kheda, Gujarat, India.

The sit is a remote area and its in farms. We can see farms all around. It is so lovely view. I found nature all around there. Trees, farms, sky all are so live. 

I am going to leave from my city Ahmedabad around 10-00 pm tonight and going to reach at matar in an hour and half. I am going to give my free service there and we will come back Sunday late evening. I am going to work for all most 16-18 hours but it will not make me tired. It is going to charge me for next two weeks. 15000+ people will be there and 500+ volunteers are going to give their free services to manage the system. Its really a unique medical camp and I am so happy to be part of such a huge humanitarian activity. I feel I be blessed by god to be part of such a large scale charitable activity.

I was out of station. Just back home and I am here with you. Yesterday was birthday of my younger son Dhyaan Dhirendra Patel. He complete 12 month and on May 22, 2009 was his 1^st Birthday.

We celebrate it in following way. Yesterday evening was excellent when we distribute Orange Flavored Cream Biscuits to orphan kids. I notice some of the kids were so happy and exited to receive the biscuits from Dhyaan and Shivam. 

Me and my wife were having feeling that,, In deed we have taken right decision to celebrate 1^st birthday of Dhyaan this way. Our plan was oppose by many friends and family member but when we see the happiness, the excitement and pleasure on those orphan kids, me and my wife feel that In deed we had take right decision. 

I tell my elder son Shivam who was with us that, Share our happiness to others and we will see, our happiness convert to 100 times more. 

For remaining quantity, we went to some labour areas and given biscuits to kids there. They were so happy to have cream biscuits to them at free of cost. 

It takes us 2 hour to finish it. Back home, we take dinner and then we did chanting and prayer as part of celebration at home.
